Courts
14 tennis courts, all of which have recently been refurbished, comprising of:-
2 indoor acrylic
4 acrylic
5 artificial grass
3 clay (floodlit)

 Subscriptions
 These are due on 1st April each year.  When joining in the middle of the season, subscriptions are charged on a pro rata basis. 

 Office Hours
 The office is open from 10.00am – 3.00pm Monday-Thursday.

 Messages can be left on the answering machine at other times.

 Administration Secretaries are Helen Hunter and Sue Grimwood.

 Management Committee
The Club is a members’ run club.  The committee are elected at our AGM which is held at the end of March each year.  A list of the committee is posted on the main notice board.

 Tennis Committee
The contact numbers of all the committee members are posted on the notice board.  Please feel free to raise any topic with any committee member.  Suggestions are always welcome.

 Coaching
We have excellent coaches at the club – Tony Staley(Head Coach, 07939 871609), Sam Tyler, Marta Schwarz and Marta Sanchez.  Jason Goatley manages all the tennis coaching at the club so whether you are interested in group or individual coaching contact him on 020 8466 8473. 

 Outdoor Courts
You do not have to book outdoor courts (with exception of the floodlit and clay) and can use courts at any time but must be aware that club matches and club play sessions take priority over the courts at certain times.  Details of fixtures can be found on the notice board at the back of the hall.

 Indoor Courts
These have to be booked via the office.  The current prices are:
Winter - £10 per hour mid-week and anytime Saturday and Sunday
              £20 per 1 & 1/2 hour session 6pm-10.30pm
Summer - £8.00 per hour mid-week before 7.30
                £10.00 per hour after 7.30 and anytime Saturday and Sunday

 Floodlit Clay Courts
This must be booked in the booking sheets which can be found upstairs by the payphone.The charge for using the clay court is £6.00 per hour floodlight hours.  There is a facility to reserve a court in daylight hours at a charge of £2.00.  If tokens are required, these will be left upstairs for any bookings along with an envelope for payment.  The courts must be swept after each session – please see instructions by the court.  Juniors are only allowed to use the clay court under adult supervision.

 Social Play sessions
Club Social sessions – Monday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday afternoons 2 - 4pm.
Wednesday evening - free coaching session from 7 – 8pm followed by social play 8 – 9pm in the summer.
Junior supervised social session – Friday evening 6 – 8pm (Term time only).

 Box Leagues
There are box leagues for both Senior and Junior. 

 Competitive Play
We have several teams competing in the Kent and North Kent leagues covering all ages and abilities. 

 Tournaments
We run Club Open and Handicap Tournaments in the summer and there are American Tournaments run on Bank Holiday Mondays.

 Wimbledon Tickets
We are allocated a certain number of tickets for our members and so if you join before May make sure you put your name down if you are interested in going in for the draw.

 Social Events
The Bar is open every evening and at weekends.  We hold regular Quiz Nights plus other social activities.  Tea and cakes are served during Club Afternoons.
