WORST WEATHER OF THE YEAR NO MATCH FOR OUR HARDENED BROMLEY LADIES!

I am pleased to report that even though our first ever ladies morning tournament was held on the worst day of the year so far, our ladies still attended and had a good time.

Amidst 40 mile an hour winds and heavy rain 18 ladies came to support what I hope will be many more events like this (only in better conditions).

We managed to play for half of the scheduled three hours but then found relief in the shape of some wonderful home made cakes which were enjoyed by all, whilst watching the Murray victory over Federer at the same time.
