About the Club

Management Committee

The Club is governed by a Management Committee and four Trustees. Officers of the committee are elected at the Club's March end Annual General Meeting. Trustees are not subject to re-election.

Contact details of committee members are available in the Clubhouse. Members are encouraged to share comments and ideas with any committee member.

The running of the Club, its finances, rules and constitution is the responsibility of the Management Committee.

Meetings are held approximately every six weeks and the committee comprises the following roles:

  • Chairman
  • General Secretary
  • Treasurer
  • Facilities Secretary
  • Bar Secretary
  • 2 Members
  • 3 Tennis Officers (see below)
  • 2 Squash Officers (see below)
  • 4 Trustees

Tennis Officers: Mens' Captain, Ladies Captain, Fixtures Secretary, Tournament Secretary and Junior Co-ordinator

Squash Officers: Men's Captain, Ladies Captain, Tournament Secretary and Junior Co-ordinator
